2013 Class Sign-up Form (Last Updated: 5/22/13)

Use the form below to sign up for available studio classes. If you wish to enroll in one of my UNM classes, you will need to enroll through the UNM Continuing Education system.

Submitting this form will put you down on the reservation list for the classes you select (most classes have limited space).
I will contact you after receiving your info, to let you know how and when to pay and how to prepare for the course.

Please note: Space is VERY limited. All sign-ups are handled on a first come, first served basis.

I will contact you to confirm registration and to arrange your preferred payment method.
